Do I need to create an account to be able to sell or buy on Denariaparis.com?

To sell and buy an item on the Denariaparis website, you must create a customer account by choosing a username and a password. This customer account can be modified by going directly to “my account” then “edit your account information” and “modify profile”.

How to buy an item on Denariaparis.com?

To begin, we invite you to log in to your account, or to register on Denariaparis.com. Then, and once you have made your choice, simply click on the “buy” button and let yourself be guided to payment. The purchase is effective when the payment is made.

The purchased part will then be shipped to the address indicated and delivered against signature. From receipt, you will have the legal withdrawal period of 14 clear days.

How is the part purchased on Denariaparis delivered?

Items purchased on the site are delivered securely via our professional carrier DHL. They will deliver your package to you against signature.

● Delivery time and costs

Depending on the weight of the package and the country to which it is being shipped, the shipping costs and delivery time vary. The amount of the shipping costs that apply to your shopping cart is displayed before you validate your order.

How to track your order?

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. To track your order, simply go to the website www.dhl.com , then indicate your tracking number.

The Denaria team remains at your disposal at the address contact@denariaparis.com and will be able to tell you where your package is.

Can I change my delivery address after confirming my order?

We can change your shipping address before your package is shipped. To do this, contact us by email contact@denariaparis.com as quickly as possible after validation of your order.

Once your purchase has been shipped, we will unfortunately no longer be able to change your shipping address.

Can I return a purchased item?

You have the legal withdrawal period of 14 clear days from receipt of the purchased item. In addition, any claim relating to a product that proves not to conform to the description must be submitted within a maximum period of 14 clear days from its receipt to our services by:

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and description and from the country where the order was delivered. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you wish, we can arrange transport, the return costs (identical to the shipping costs) will then be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you.

To avoid any dissatisfaction, Denaria selects and authenticates the items to be put on sale on its website before the item is put online. Thus, an item sold on the site is already validated by us and the item is 100% compliant with the description.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your package and the delivery time indicated on your delivery tracking has passed, we invite you to contact Denaria at contact@denariaparis.com . We will process your request immediately and contact you.

How are products authenticated?

We have a strict authentication process in place that every piece goes through.
We analyze several points before putting it on sale:

- manufacturing materials,

- quality of seams and finishes,

- serial numbers and date codes,

- logo, stamping,

- accessories possibly provided (dustbag, invoice, box, etc.),

- etc.

Depending on the item, the authentication process adapts, and when necessary we call on experts in certain fields such as gemologists for stones, or watchmakers for watches.
